About Us

George & A.R.B. Electrical Contractors have been involved in the Aged Care Industry for over 25 years in both Construction and Maintenance aspects.


We specialise in servicing commercial accounts and can assure you of prompt service by our team of 24/7 maintenance staff. All our staff carry qualifications in all areas of electrical and constantly receive ongoing training as we pride ourselves on being up to date with the latest technology and industry regulations, all whilst offering our services at a fair and competitive price.


 All Service Technicians carry Smart Devices for “in field” job management, Allowing accurate and up to date customer requests and reporting.


Our team of 80+ staff specialise in General Lighting & Power, Nurse Call Systems, Access Control, CCTV, MATV, Foxtel approved pay T.V., Fire Alarm Systems, Telephone/Data including Fibre installation.


We are also certified installers of;

Our People

George Bledniak - Director

In 1980 George started his own Electrical Business.

Having served his apprenticeship with a Lift Company (Elevators Pty Ltd), where he achieved a senior position with the Test and Tune Department, the transition was difficult.

With determination and persistence George with the help of his wife Athalie built the Company to what it is today with over 80 employees, including a large Service Department and Construction crew with dedicated Supervisors and Foremen all projects are completed successfully.

George has built the Company on enthusiasm and determination to satisfy all his clients.

Athalie Bledniak - Administration Manager

Athalie has been involved with the Company since its inception in 1980. As a partner of the original business Athalie has always looked after the administration side of the business, having help build the business to what it is today. Athalie's position now is to manage the administration staff and accounts.

Ash Bledniak – Estimating & New Projects Manager

With nearly 20 years in the electrical industry, Ash has a breadth of experience across a range of roles from hands-on site work and site management, to project management and co-ordination. With a genuine passion for the industry, be brings exceptional vision to each and every project at hand – no matter how big or small.

Ash started his apprenticeship back in 1998, where he worked onsite on the construction of a number of new Aged Care facilities. By 2002, he was a fully-qualified electrician and progressed to site management where he oversaw the daily operation of up to 30 employees. Ash was quickly known, and respected, for his management skills and the ability to always meet project deadlines and milestones. Always wanting to further his knowledge of the industry he also he also completed a Graduate Certificate in Property, Certificate IV in Building & Construction and Advanced Diploma – Building & Construction Management during this time.

In his current role, Ash is now responsible for new project tendering, quoting upcoming works for existing clients and determining the electrical design, specifications and regulatory compliance for upcoming design and construct projects.
